Brawl Time collects the following types of information:

  • Player Tags: When you search for a player, we fetch and store the player tag and associated public game data (name, trophies, battle log, brawler collection) from the official Brawl Stars API.
  • Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics data such as page views, feature usage, and search queries to improve the Service.
  • Server Logs: Standard server logs may include IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Display player statistics and analytics
  • Generate aggregated meta statistics (brawler win rates, tier lists)
  • Maintain leaderboards
  • Improve the Service and fix bugs

3. Public Game Data

All player data displayed on Brawl Time is sourced from the official Brawl Stars API and is publicly available. We do not access any private account information, passwords, or payment data. If you do not want your public game data displayed, you can contact us to request removal.

4. Data Storage

Player data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on our own servers. We retain player data to provide trophy history tracking and historical statistics. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

5. Cookies

Brawl Time uses essential cookies for language preferences and analytics. We use cookies set by Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how visitors use the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Brawl Stars API (Supercell): To fetch public game data
  • BrawlAPI / Brawlify: For brawler images and enriched game data
  • Google Analytics: For anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature usage)
  • PostHog: For product analytics and session replay to improve the user experience. Session replays record anonymous interactions (clicks, scrolls, page navigation) but do not capture passwords or sensitive input fields.

7. Children's Privacy

Brawl Time does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Service displays only publicly available game data. If you believe a child's personal information has been collected, please contact us.

8. Data Removal

If you would like your player data removed from our database, please email us at [email protected] with your player tag. We will remove your data within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
